The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

Allawah Red Hill

Allawah Cottage is perfectly situated in the heart of beautiful Red Hill, offering both peaceful seclusion and convenient access to the very best of the Mornington Peninsula. Just a short stroll, you’ll find local favourites like Nordie Cafe. Inside, Allawah Cottage immediately welcomes you with its calm, elegant, and relaxed décor. Every detail, from the soft linen and natural textures to the quiet, restful palette, has been thoughtfully chosen to create a space where you can truly unwind.

"Centrum", in the heart of Red Hill South

Located at the very centre of Red Hill South, minutes walk to the "Epicurean", local cafes and the "Cellar and Pantry" for all your produce needs. Enjoy the space an amenities of a full house while you plan your Mornington Peninsula activities and cellar door visits. Relax on the large deck with indoor/outdoor flow or settle into the lounge with the toasty wood fire. A large garden surrounds the house and the Merricks trail is through the bush in front of the house. Live like a local.

The perfect mid century beach house and separate bungalow directly behind the Somers Yacht Club and across the road to one of the best swimming beaches on the Peninsula. An easy stroll through the bush or along the beach to the General Store for one of the best breakfasts on the Peninsula! Relax on the lawn under the huge Eucalypt or snuggle up by the fire. Ideal for families, friends, or anyone who simply needs a little extra space to breathe. Book it before someone else does!

Somers Dunescape across from the beach

Retro Beach house across the road and over the sand dunes to the beach. Recently updated with new furniture, aircon and heating throughout. A roaring open fire place for you to enjoy during winter and electric blankets on every bed except top bunks! A great place to stay for graduating HMAS families. Maximum of 8 adults please (and up to 4 children) Please note, a bond of $500 will be collected prior to check-in. Your bond will be returned subject to adhering to house rules.

Fig Cottage Dromana - Pet Friendly

Fig cottage is a short walk to the wonderful beach and cafes of Dromana and a short drive to the delightful wineries of Red Hill. The cottage boasts a wood heater, TV, Wi-Fi, coffee machine and laundry. The two bedrooms sleep 5 with comfortable mattresses and the cottage has a renovated bathroom. The enclosed shady garden has an eating area in the alley at the side of the house with a bbq. Inside or outside Fig Cottage is comfortable and cosy for adults, children and pets alike

Comfy Shoreham Beach House

Our Shoreham shack is a laid-back and comfortable 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom house. Good heating and cooling and fully equipped so you just turn up and relax. WiFi available as well as a large selection of boxsets. Newly extended deck areas front and back gives plenty of room for relaxing outside and enjoying the environment. We are dog-friendly and have had happy guests return again and again. Shoreham is in a quiet rural setting close to wonderful wineries and restaurants.

Mornington Peninsula Getaway-Somers Beach House

Rated as one of the best suburbs of Mon Pen, peaceful Somers is a great base to explore the sights of MP. Walk down to the quiet & dog friendly beach (8 minute walk), grab a delicious breakfast & coffee at the Somers General, dine in style at Tulum village in Balnarring, and return to a cosy, well appointed and pet friendly 3 bedroom house to rest & recharge! MP is buzzing all year with amazing wineries, restaurants, markets & activities like cherry and strawberry picking.

Corvers Rest

Corvers Rest is a minimalist beach shack located on the clifftops overlooking Bass Strait. A place to rest and detach amongst wild natural surrounds. The shack provides the essence of an Australian beach shack with views across the ocean and hinterland. It trims back everything else. A string of ocean beaches nestled between coastal cliffs are within a short walk. Outdoor showers, fire pit and BBQ are all present.
