Recently built guest room as part of a family home. We've called it The Annexe as it's totally self contained with private self access & Ring doorbell allowing takeway deliveries to come direct to you. The room is cosy & very comfortable for a special night away or weekend. We're centrally located within 20 mins walk of the city centre. Within the room you have a fridge freezer, microwave & kettle with tea / coffee and snacks. Fresh linen, towels included. En suite bathroom & electric shower.

We've renovated our home to combine traditional and contemporary features in a perfect location for Moseley entertainment, music festivals, cricket ground and Canon Hill Park. All 10 mins walk away or 10 mins by car/bus to city/Bham Uni/QE Hospital. When we travel we welcome guests to enjoy our designer home with wonderful garden and summerhouse . Any appliance you require in your stay has been thought of: kettle, toaster, air fryer, microwave, hair dryer and iron, so you're comfortable throughout. Double Room2 with free parking

My place sits in great proximity to the public transport (5 min to the Longbridge train station and 2-3 min to bus stops) and to the Longbridge shopping centre with big Sainsbury's, M&S, Boots, Poundland, pubs, etc. You get the room with a double bed, access to the kitchen, shower room with a toilet in and 3 gardens around the house. In the kitchen use the fridge, microwave, washing machine (once a week if your stay lasts 7days or more), kettle. You get keys for the front door and your room.

Cosy Bedroom with Private Bathroom & Breakfast

A cosy bedroom on the first floor of our home with a private bathroom (not en suite), with shower and access to our kitchen, self-serve breakfast included. Short walk to railway and bus stations giving great access to the City Centre (10 minutes by train). Lidl 2 mins walk. 16min drive to Birmingham Airport. Short walk to Acocks Green Village Centre with a wide range of shops and restaurants. Please note we have a toddler born in April 2022 so cannot guarantee a completely quiet night!
