Das Gebäudeensemble besteht aus einer großen Schlaf- und Wohnjurte und einem Häuschen, in dem sich die voll ausgestattete Küche und das Bad mit warmem Wasser befinden. Unsere 75 qm Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet für 4 Gäste. Sie liegt direkt am Meer, im Obergeschoß eines 100 jährigen Reetdachhauses, bietet 2 Schlafräume mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, einem großen Wohnraum, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einem Bad im 70iger-Jahre-Design. Es gibt keine Nachbarn, im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Restaurant „Klabautermann“, es gibt eine (Gebührenpflichtige) Sauna und eine sichtgeschützte Freifläche mit Strandkorb und Außenmöbel. Meeresrauschen zum Einschlafen!

The exceptionally beautiful floating vacation home has a living area of 36m2 and a 10m2 covered deck terrace. The 20m2 living and dining area with a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a comfortable sofa has panoramic windows on three sides. Adjacent are two cozy bedrooms with double beds and the fully equipped shower room with toilet.

The Cat House

I lingondkogen ligger det lilla, lilla katthuset med inga rakar vinklar. Katthuset erbjuder lugn och ro och skydd från regn och rusk. Du/ ni sover i en 140 cm med rena sängkläder. I Katthuset finns vattenkokare, mikro,värme och torn.Eget utedass och utedusch intill. Möjlighet finns att köpa till en enklare frukost att äta i huset, på verandan eller alternativt i Drakhuset. Boendet ligger en mil från Ullared med det stora varuhuset Gekås.

IMPORTANT for visitors from 2nd November - 31st March: UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT USE THE HOT-TUB DURING THE WINTER AND ONLY THE SAUNA IS AVAILABLE. The house is located in and incredibly beautiful place, in the middle of the forests, next to a private pond and Võhandu river. Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub, the sauna, gas grill, paddle boards) is for you to use and included in the price.

In 2022 completely renovated villa by the sea with a private and heated swimming pool only an 80km drive from Helsinki and 35 minutes drive from the centre of Porvoo. Here you can enjoy the peace of your own private yard in a villa decorated beautifully in a modern scandinavian style. The heated swimming pool is included in the price and is in use from May 8th until October 18th in 2026.
