Private Cottage on gated estate

Completely remodeled guest cottage on gated, private estate. Home is located just minutes from Eastport, Downtown Annapolis, and the Naval Academy. (4.7 miles to the main gate). We are on a private well but we have installed a state of the art water softener, filtration system, and a blue light bacteria zapper. Home and grounds are kid friendly offering amply outside play space and a multipurpose sports court. Third bedroom of home has a full-sized crib, baby gates, and a twin bed.

Lovely 2 acre waterfront lower level attached apartment with separate private entrance. Exceptional amenities include an inground pool, a pier with kayaks and paddle boards, pickleball and basketball courts, a swing set with a rock wall for kids, a gas grill, and a pool table. This amazing water front home is conveniently located only seven miles from the Naval Academy and downtown Annapolis. We do not host parties or events. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

Welcome! This first floor "English basement" apartment is ready for the whole family. Memory foam mattress in the bedroom and queen size pull out couch in the spacious living room. Full kitchen and dining table for four make meals easy. Or get take out from the many local restaurants nearby! Enjoy the sights in DC from the bus stop right out front or the metro a half mile away. A free dedicated parking spot right outside your door completes the package.

Enjoy quiet quarters on an acre of private residential property within 5 minutes of the Baltimore beltway & restaurants, grocers, gas, and services. Close to Stevenson University (2 mi), Towson University (7 mi), convenient to other colleges & universities in the area; and 11 mi to the Inner Harbor. Host available in main house as needed.

Our home is one of the largest homes in the neighborhood. It is beautifully decorated for your enjoyment. Our large family room will make you feel like you are at home. House is 2,700 sq ft. The house is a close 2.5 miles from the well-known National Zoo. Also, 0.7 miles to the METRO station that has a direct route to the National Mall - a perfect tourist destination.
