Well, this place was built exactly for people like you. For those that want a place to relax, work, or just escape reality for a while. It’s your chance, take it. We have two seperate apartments in the same building one above the other but cannot guarantee where you will be assigned.

LoVa is a 3 bedrooms villa located on the heights of Chaweng, in the prestigious district of Chaweng Noi with an exceptional view of the bay. Only 5 minutes by scooter or car from the center of Chaweng and its splendid white sand beaches . This magnificent villa offers you 3 beautiful bedrooms, two with king size beds and another with two single beds. A contemporary and refined decoration, a fully equipped kitchen and 3 bathrooms each adjoining its bedroom. The residence has a gym open 24/24.

This 1 bedroom at 102 Sq'm is incredibly spacious and the largest in The Bay complex. It boasts a huge twin balcony with amazing views, King size bedroom, kitchen and lounge, all seaview facing. This is all within 5- 10 mins of the best beaches, bars and nightlife in Samui. Please note I operate a fair usage policy on the A/C with a 50 baht per day allowance included. Excess usage will be billed at cost after your stay with a meter reading at check in & out. Thank you
