This Tiny Cabin is located in the Texas Hill Country, Bandera TX. Come enjoy our secure homestead with goats, hens, ducks and the family pets, 5 dogs and 1 cat. The homestead is on over 5 acres in the "Cowboy Capital of the World". Just 8 minutes to town with lots of live music, BBQ, southern food restaurants and plenty of small-town shopping of boutiques, antiques and more. You can sit by the river or take a stroll down Main Street. The above ground pool is 33 ft round, behind the main house.

Conveniently located in the Texas Hill Country in the town of Ingram, the Ingram Carriage House is 625 square feet of living space with a spacious porch. It is a single large room broken up into a sitting area with a queen size futon and two recliners, a walk in closet, a bedroom with a queen bed, a full kitchen and a private bathroom. FuboTV, a DVD player, a stereo system, breakfast, coffee and bottled water are provided. Property is gated with keyless entry to the Carriage House.

This antique-filled home, less than a mile from Bandera's Main Street is close to the Medina River, Mansfield Park, shopping, country music, night-life & some of the most scenic roads in Texas. There is plenty of privacy (the owner leaves for the duration of your stay) and you will love it here. Cici loves to decorate-holidays, birthdays, anniversary-just let us know. A cozy, convenient and peaceful spot on a working farm. This is a small apartment above separate garage with private entrance. Perfectly situated 5 minutes to Comfort, 25 to Kerrville, 25 to Fredericksburg & 20 to Boerne: Great for taking advantage of all the dining, shopping and attractions in the hill country. Also an especially good location for bicyclists & motorcyclists. One small house-trained dog that remains leashed while outdoors is welcome.
