This apartment is in small residence of 12 apartments only. Located on Pratamnak hill the most residential area of Pattaya. 2 or 3 minutes by taxi to Walking street or to Jomtien beach. There is also a cosy beach down the Soi 4 at 300 meters only. Before reaching the beach you will pass along a 9 hole golf course part of Asia Hotel.

Condo located in a peaceful area of Pattaya. Easy to access to malls, bars, many shops and beach by walking. If you're planning to stay in Pattaya city easy and comfortable with less costs and more economic and still have everything then I guess this condo is the best match for you.
