Enjoy this apartment with a private entrance nestled in a quiet neighborhood right next to Idaho State University and Portneuf Medical Center. When you stay here, you can walk to events on campus like football, basketball, and volleyball games. This one bedroom, one bathroom basement apartment features a 75in TV, high speed internet, a king sized bed, and a cozy kitchen. The apartment also features off street parking. For an additional cost, an extra twin beds can be set up in the living room.

Kick off your boots and relax a spell in this quiet, private apartment. Fully stocked kitchen so you can fix your own grub if you like, or mosey downtown for a bite or cup of coffee. Plenty to do around town or hiking in the nearby hills, then take in a soak at world famous Lava Hot Springs. The TV has a Roku, so you gotta bring your own codes and passwords to stream movies. Wireless Internet is up and running. Everything is on one level, but there are a couple of steps up to the front door.

Come enjoy a quick or longer stay at our travel themed basement studio apartment. We’re located in a safe quiet neighborhood close to Idaho State University, hospital, and with easy access to interstate. The studio has a separate entrance and is easy to come and go and has tons of natural light. There is a queen bed and also a twin sized pull-out sofa bed for an extra quest if needed.
