The cities of Bar and Ulcinji are located 10km from the villa. We offer extra water activities-jet ski rental and water sports equipment (additional fees). This super villa has 5 bedrooms and attached bathroom. Villa features high luxury furniture, appliances, huge balconies, big laundry room, jacuzzi bathtubs, TVs, wifi and a camera system.

The garden has a path that goes down to the private and public beach where you can use kayak and SUP board free of charge. It is fully equipped for perfect family stay and relaxation.

Underneath a beautiful mountain of Rumija, near the walls of old town of Bar, there is a place Turcini. In the perfect part of untouched nature, inspired by the spirit of old generations, we renovated a family house which is over 200 years old. On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city. If you want to spend your vacation away from the city crowds, in contact with the beautiful nature, this could be the right place for you.

From its terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surrounded by olive and oak trees. Complete peace and quiet will make you feel relaxed. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.

Distance from the capital city Podgorica is 30km (20 min ride). Nearest sea coast is away 15-20 min ride, via tunnel Sozina. Beautiful small town Petrovac is away approximately 25 min ride.
