Our property is a beautiful house, 100 metres from the Barbati beach, one of the best beaches of Corfu. It is located 17km from the town of Corfu, which is included in the World Heritage list of UNESCO. The house is suitable for summer holidays from 30th April to 30th September . It can sleep 4 people, ideally 2 adults and 2 children. The house has a very confortable yard-balcony, where you can have your breakfast or your afternoon coffee under the sunny summer sky. There is one bedroom with one double bed and two comfortable sofas at the sitting area, bathroom, kitchen and outdoor private space.Also is offered free Wi Fi. The beach is literally one minute on foot and there are several restaurants and cafes nearby. Situated in the heart of Garitsa Bay, this newly renovated penthouse on the sixth floor will meet the demands of the most demanding guest. The exclusively terrace of the penthouse, overlooking the bay is just 30 meters far from the coastline. The magnificent view over Corfu old castle, the sea and the windmill is breathtaking. The apartment consists of one bedroom with double bed, the living room with sofa bed which turns into a double bed, kitchen and Wc, everything brand new.
