The cottage is a recently refurbished barn conversion ideally located just 2 miles from the historic market town of Barnard Castle. The property offers private parking, private outdoor seating area to the front with an outdoor dining area. The outdoor area is secure and ideal for dogs. Sorry no car charging on site. Maximum one dog allowed. Additional £25 cleaning fee. Please notify owners for permission

On the first floor there is a superking bedroom with private shower and wc. On the ground floor there is a kingsize bedroom and also a twin bedroom. Here there is a downstairs family bathroom with a wc, shower and bathtub and a third additional downstairs toilet. The house is situated on a quiet street on the south side of the River Tees in Barnard Castle.
