The mini flat is situated in a beautiful planted courtyard in the booming part of Kreuzberg. There are two bicycles.

You have beautiful views and sunsets over a park and the roof tops through 2 big windows with french balconies. There are lots of south facing windows and a balcony to the backyard (officially a fire rescue balcony. So please be sure not disturb the neighbors!) The Area is full of bars, restaurants and clothing shops, and on weekends there are grocery and fleamarkets close by.

Originally designed and planned as a showroom / meeting room . The idea was to built a place to discuss, meet and represent. Reason for the location which is great to reach anything in this fast growing City of Berlin. The space and atmosphere have a happy synergy and a work / life balance for itself. I love it here - it is usually my office . We have 2 big flat screen TV screens with Amazon Prime, Netflix a sound system with Spotify and an open fire place to calm down.

The City of Berlin levies a 7.5 per cent bed tax per night; this amount is included in your price.

On the ground floor are: hallway, bathroom, chamber as well as a modern kitchen and a dining room. Direct access to the small garden from the kitchen. From the hallway a staircase leads up into the 76qm large light-flooded room, which was furnished as living room and bedroom.
