This is an above-the-garage apartment at my primary home with it's own living space, separate entrance and private patio with grill. This unit usually rents for over $2400 for the week, but I am offering it this year for $1505 (plus fees and taxes) as I will not be able to use it myself. This Yarmouth location is central to Cape Cod with beach and recreation very close by. The unit is on the second floor and you have all amenities available to you.
