Enjoy a private deck, entry doors and parking steps away. Beautiful foliage in season, nearby lakes, state parks, snow shoeing, x country & down hill skiing. 15 minutes to UNH & 25 minutes to the seacoast. Located on a "scenic" road. Wonderful for long walks while you take in the beauty of New Hampshire.

If you’re looking for tranquility, this is the place. Our home offers a relaxing & private country setting. A fun getaway w friends & family, or just a romantic time . Our new 5 person hot tub adds so much needed relaxing time on a roof top deck. Game room & pool table fun too. Gunstock Mountain, Winnipesaukee, Alton Bay are great for trips. Barnstead has many year round activities such as snowmobiling, hiking, fishing, kayaking, canoeing and lake fun. Lock lake & Suncook lake beaches nearby.

Completely renovated home with private beach and waterfront. The water drops off gently making it great for young children. Variety of rafts, beach toys, kayaks, paddle boards, pedal and row boat available for use. Great fishing in the summer, and ice fishing in the winter. Outdoor deck is wonderful for entertaining. Seasonal game room in garage with shuffleboard and more. Located about 15 mins south of Lake Winnipesaukee and 30 mins from Gunstock Mountain. *Linens and Towels now included!*

Updated Camper. Enjoy games, movies, kayaks/canoe (included) & swimming during the day & nature walks on 1 of the trails nearby & cook on the grill. 1 car please. In a neighborhood. 2 people-please no other guests. There is Stovetop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker & grill. Flushing toilet. We do ask you to limit water use, we provide paper & plastic dinnerware. Many activities nearby! No SHOWER/oven/firepit No animals (Health concern for cleaner) No smoking. Life jackets provided.

Turn left at the end of driveway and enjoy a scenic walk along Winni. Quiet location but close enough to Lake Winnipesaukee, Mt Major, Wolfeboro, Bank of Pavillion, boat launches, & docks, beaches, restaurants, shopping, sking, snowmobiling, boat rides, scuba diving, biking, kayaking, leaf peeping!
