Beautiful house in Winder Ga, close to Athens, Fort Yargo Park, Road Atlanta, Chateau Elan and nature hikes. Renovated, modern, like new house that you will love hopefully as much as we do. This home features 2 bedrooms with a good size walk-in closet, 2 private full size bathrooms, open concept kitchen and living room, fireplace, spacious kitchen with new granite countertops and new cabinets, spacious 2 car garage, front and back patio with covered sitting areas, and private quiet yard. Cherry Street Farmhouse

Located only 20 minutes from UGA in the small town of Statham, Georgia, Cherry Street Farmhouse is the the perfect farm stay! The farmhouse sits in the middle of ten acres right off Broad Street. The pastures around Cherry Street Farmhouse are home to our goat herd! The home was built in 1947 and fully renovated in 2022, this home boasts a large front porch, stylish design, and great wifi. Cherry Street Farmhouse is less than a mile to restaurants and antique stores. There is a train nearby.

The Hive (RV near UGA, Fire Pit, Farm Experience)

Enjoy a little slice of farm heaven while you’re in The Hive. This pet-friendly RV boasts 1 inviting queen bedroom, and the living room/dining room offers 1 full bed and 1 twin bed for a terrific night's sleep. The equipped kitchen has a Keurig, microwave, and hot plate. Guests can also enjoy amenities like a hair dryer, AC, WiFi, and heating. Escape to this enchanting retreat and immerse yourself in delightful surroundings. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at The Hive.

This charming 1950's ranch is located in the heart of historic downtown Braselton. Walk to restaurants and events. Conveniently located across the street from the Braselton Civic Center, less than one mile from the Braselton Event Center and Hoschton Train Depot for wedding parties. Enjoy the fire pit during the Braselton fall festival, or a meal with friends at one of the restaurants downtown. Please note our home has security cameras at the front door and on the back porch.

This beautifully restored to 2 bedroom apartment is conveniently located on the square of downtown Jefferson. You can walk around the quaint town enjoying small town life and meeting the locals. Or, if you are looking for more things to do during the day, Jefferson is centrally located between Athens, Gainesville, Commerce and Buford. A 20-30 minute drive in any direction will bring you to a different thriving town with new activities and restaurants

This detached area for living is a slice of the country living, close to Road Atlanta (9 miles) and the Chateau Elan (6.5miles), Braselton, GA. North Georgia Medical Center Borrow County (4.5 miles). This is a very peaceful living area that was built for my wife’s parents we brought from Puerto Rico after the hurricane wiped out everything.
