This four bedroom, two full bathroom house is a perfect two-family rental, set up for kids and families with a large yard, almost 80 feet of lakefront, boat dock, large patio, a second story deck, A screened gazebo and fire pit are perfect for lazy sunny days & evenings. Groceries, liquor and coffeeshop are just a 15 min walk away, but the cottage is well off the main road and quiet.
