Our house sits between Germantown and Downtown Memphis; about 20 minutes to most local attractions; easy access to restaurants, supermarkets and business districts. We are close to the FedEx St. Jude Golf Tournament at TPC Southwind, Germantown Country Club, and Ridgeway Country Club. Our house is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Bluff City Manor A (2bd 1ba, pet-friendly w/fee)

The home features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, & a futon in the living room. Nicely updated & offers all the amenities of home. Please make sure to register the correct number of guests & register your pet if your bringing it with, there IS A PET FEE. No fenced yard. House is 10-20 minutes to everything, including the Naval Base, Downtown & Wolfchase area. There is a Ring Doorbell at the front door for safety purposes. The entire house is cleaned thoroughly after each guest.

There is a pond, old barn, a few barn cats and chickens roaming the property. The property is gated and very quiet.
