A short walk to The Oak Inn, great for lunch or dinner with Lyndhurst a mile away for all local ammenities. As ideal for couples as for families with kids. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths upstairs offers the space, with the cosy ground floor rooms being full of character. Newly refurbished, offers a balance of new and old, fully kitted out to enjoy the cottage as a home.

Danehill - spacious house near the sea

Danehill is a spacious house, set in mature gardens tucked away from the road, five minute walk from the seafront and the village centre. The house is warm and welcoming and you will instantly feel at home. Milford offers an amazing range of restaurants, bars, and pubs, two mini supermarkets, and little shops. A perfect place by the sea suitable for families with children, groups of friends, and anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet stay. Dogs are welcome. We charge £40 per stay for dogs.

Orchard Barn offers a couple the perfect romantic retreat, including a new Spa Barn with hot tub and sauna, for your exclusive use during your stay. Orchard Barn is spacious, detached and oak framed, set in a large garden with pretty woodlands. It has a stunning double height ceiling, giving a truly romantic feel. The cottage is equipped to meet all your needs, from luxurious white linen by Beaumont & Brown, to robes for the spa. I aim to ensure that all my guests have a truly memorable stay.

Deerleap Lodge is a quaint cabin nestled on the outskirts of the New Forest National Park. Sleeping 2 guests, it's a short walk to historic seaside town Lymington, ferries to the Isle of Wight and nearby beaches. With south-facing views towards Keyhaven Nature Reserve and IoW, it is ideal for couples, solo travellers, walkers, birdwatchers & cyclists looking for a relaxing retreat.

April Cottage, a comfortable cosy two bedroom terrace cottage set in the middle of a delightful village, with our friendly local pub and shop offering scrumptious local produce. Nestled in the heart of the New Forest with only a short drive to nearby beaches, open forest and the charming market town of Lymington, with its picturesque town quay, boutique shops, and bustling Saturday market. Not far away is Bournemouth, with long golden sandy beaches, theatres, restaurants and nightlife.

Self contained annexe in New Forest

The annexe has all you need for basic self catering with a comfortable double bedroom. A third person can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the kitchen/dining room. We're centrally located in the village, close to three pubs serving excellent food and shops selling all the basic necessities. A welcome pack with tea, coffee, sugar and milk will be provided for your arrival. Our village bakery offers lovely fresh bread and the well-stocked co-op is open until 10pm most days.

Hackney Park Coach House

Hackney Park is situated in a commanding setting adjoining the New Forest. Comfortable, small and cosy accommodation, well equipped. Ideal location for touring and walking - lots of interesting places to visit. The internet is not great here in the Forest but is always accessible by using the conservatory on the front of the main house which is always open. Dogs and horses welcome by arrangement.
