This quirky comfy little cottage with 2 bedroom and 1 bath home sits on an acre and offers you, peace and tranquility. The house has been recently updated but keeps the farmhouse feel. We have added our personal touches to make you feel our love & passion built in 1940's and relocated to this land in 1960! NOT modern - very country - we have lots of yard games and indoor games ( FUN) relax on the front porch or sit by the firepit after a nice meal you prepared and ate on the back deck grill

NO SMOKING, VAPING, E-CIGARETTES, ECT anywhere on/in the property. The studio apartment is ground level w/no stairs. Located in the detached duplex building from our main house. Sleeps up to 4 w/ 1 King sized bed & a single or double air mattress. Our personal Hot tub is available Oct 1-Mar 31 with a reservation. A short drive to I-75, Downtown Acworth, Bass Pro Shops, Publix, Red Top Mountain State Park, Lake Allatoona (not walkable), Butterfly pavilion & 9 miles from LakePoint Sports Complex.

Feel secluded in this cozy two-bedroom cottage, just 2.5 mi. from I-75, 5 mi. from LakePoint Sports, and minutes to downtown Cartersville. Enjoy the screened porch listening to the birds in the towering trees. The kitchen is fully equipped. There's on-demand hot water and WiFi. The beautiful lawn features a fire pit, ample parking and security lighting. It has a stepless entry, 36” doorways, roll-in shower, portable toilet safety rails and roll-under bathroom sink. No pet or cleaning fees.

Bunk House Cartersville-LakePoint Sports Complex

We are just 6 miles from LakePoint sports complex (10 minutes) and 1.5 miles from historic downtown Cartersville. Our home will sleep 10 that includes two pallet beds. Bunk beds are adult size. If you have other sleeping requests we will be happy to try to accommodate you. 3 TV’s with Xfinity and Wifi plus the bunk room has an additional TV for gaming. Dogs friendly, back yard is fenced. walking distance to Dellinger Park which offers Walking/running trails, tennis courts and play grounds.

Our townhome is located near I-75, about 9 miles (10-15 min) from LakePoint Sports Complex. Also nearby: Lake Allatoona, Piedmont Cartersville Hospital, Hyundai Plant, and much more! Plenty of space, with three bedrooms (master down staires), each with their own full bathroom (including bath amenities) and a loft area with futon. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly with access to a community pool and playground. The property is well stocked and includes an in-home washer and dryer.

This lovely ranch home was recently remodeled. The home is located next door to another property of ours. Between the two houses we sit on about 3 acres. The home is located about 1 mile from I-75 on Highway 92. We are located less than 4 miles from a number of boat launches in Acworth. If you prefer hiking we are about 20 miles from Kennesaw Mountain and Red Top Mountain. LakePoint Sporting Complex (Exit 283) is 10 miles straight up the interstate - only 2 exits North.
