Our beach home is situated on the Esplanade in Portarlington with views of the city, bay and You Yang Ranges. Relax and unwind and watch the sunrise over the bay each morning. The surrounding area will provide many things to do for all ages wine, golf, water sports and beaches. Only 1.45hr drive from Melbourne. Wifi, Nespresso coffee and wood fire! Our beautiful home is directly opposite the beach in the heart of historic Barwon Heads. Ballara #8 incorporates a fully restored heritage-listed 'boathouse' and features a pleasing outlook over the river with glimpses of the Port Philip Heads and the Pt Lonsdale Lighthouse. Ideal for families with an outdoor BBQ / dining area and heated plunge pool (both under cover). This house is a wonderful place to stay summer or winter, with gas log fire and airconditioning in the upstairs living area.

Spraypoint Cottage- Perfect Winter Getaway

Spraypoint Cottage is a 3-bed beach house in Blairgowrie. A path in the National park is opposite the house. It will take you to spectacular Spray Point or Koonya Beach. With huge windows overlooking Koonya dunes and classic beach house styling, It is a perfect place to relax, romance, reconnect, exercise and rejuvenate. Woodheater + reverse cycle heating/aicon, WiFi, Netflix, UHD curved TV, Full kitchen, laundry and an area with books and toys for the kids. Sheets and towels provided.
