Die Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäften, Kunst und Kultur, Parks und vom Center. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der zentralen Lage. Die Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien geeignet. Achtung: ab 31.03.2025 wird die Strasse vor dem Haus umgebaut und das Tram wird umgeleitet. Zugang zu Fuss zur Wohnung ist gewährleistet. Mit dem Auto nur noch über eine Querstrasse zugänglich. Die Bauzeit ist in 3 Etappen bis Ende 2026 geplant.

Im lebendigen Quartier Gundeldingen mit diversen Lokalen und Geschäften, inklusive städtischer Infrastruktur. Die doppelstöckige Wohnung hat eine voll ausgestattete Einbauküche, einen kleinen Balkon im 4. Stock sowie Teeküche (inkl. Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine & Tumbler) und eine große Dachterrasse im 5. Stock.

Die gemütliche Wohnung mit Doppelbett, Sofa und Schreibtisch liegt mitten im Messegebiet in einem ruhigen Hinterhof. Von hier aus sind es nur fünf Gehminuten bis zur Messe Basel, zum Musical Theater, oder zum Badischen Bahnhof. Die Buslinie 30 in die Innenstadt hält gleich um die Ecke. Unseren Gästen stehen zusätzlich ein Apple Computer, ein grosses TV-Gerät mit Netflix, eine Playstation 4 und superschnelles WiFi zur Verfügung. Keine Küche, kein Balkon und kein Wasserkocher vorhanden.

Free public transport ticket available with booking! Living room with open kitchen, separate sleeping room (Bed: 140x200 cm) and bathroom. This house is home to other people and therefore not suitable to be used as a "party location".
