Set in the beautiful rural village of Peasemore, 6 miles from Newbury & just a 30 minute drive to Oxford or Marlborough.

Set next to the main house, the Annexe provides a quiet, tranquil space with a cozy double bed, open plan kitchenette a bathroom with shower & outdoor hot water shower. Stunning views over the countryside from your balcony provides a perfect backdrop for your relaxing stay. There is a Sauna on site bookable for an extra fee, just request.

The Nest mini suite…. Rural escape

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Nestled alongside the meandering river Thames in the south Oxfordshire countryside you’ll find Dorchester. Steeped in history, once a bustling Roman town and a prominent route for pilgrims. We are situated right on the edge of the village; no where near busy roads so it’s blissfully quiet - just the sheep in the field and the church bells. We have some lovely pubs and a great farm shop selling local produce. And Oxford is only 15 mins away!

Modern self contained annex

Self contained Annex, suitable for short or long stay close to Waterlooville town centre and 2 minutes from A3 routes to London, Guildford and Southampton. Local area consists of shops, restaurants, supermarket and pub all within a short walk. The Annex is self contained with TV, WiFi, Netflix, powerful shower and all necessities for a relaxing stay such as tea, coffee, milk, and a continental breakfast if required. Copper Beech, a secluded two bed apartment

Copper Beech is spacious & modern apartment in a semi-rural location close to Winchester. This apartment has two large king size bedrooms; both with ensuite bathrooms, large lounge/dining area and a well equipped kitchen. One of the bedrooms can sleep up to 4 guests with a daybed (with two full single size beds) plus kingsize bed. Parking is available for two standard-sized vehicles - one blocking in the other. There is a trampoline in a large shared garden for children to play on.

Self Contained Annex

My place is close to public transport (Bramley train station), the fantastic countryside of Watership Down and the Roman ruins of Silchester. Access is very direct from the M3 or M4 with Basingstoke or Reading being our local towns. You’ll love our quiet location and cosy, self contained accommodation. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers or small families (with kids). We have direct access to Pamber Forest via our rear paddocks that adjoin the property.

Within 5 minutes drive of Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey) set in the North Wessex area of outstanding natural beauty on the edge of a dark sky area. Close to Newbury, 1 hour to Oxford, Windsor, Bath, Winchester and Stonehenge. London 1 hour by train from Newbury Station 15 minutes away. There are a variety of places to eat close by ranging from cosy pubs to fine dining restaurants. Vine Annex sleeps 4 one king sized double, one single and one small single in twin room.

Ensuite with a double bed, kitchenette with 2 burner hob, fridge freezer, microwave and lots of storage with a separate built in wardrobe. Sleeps 2 comfortably.
