The Ancient Mariner is a stunning, spacious retreat that provides delicious breakfast supplies and also a decanter of port! Opposite is the nature reserve leading to the beautiful Colonnades surf beach! The Ancient Mariner is accessed through a gate that leads to your private courtyard. On entering the retreat you step into a fabulous, newly renovated private studio apartment located at the front of the main house, this has plenty of light flooding through the large picture windows that are over

Features QS bed, split system heating & cooling, kitchenette includes microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, cutlery & crockery, Smart TV with Netflix and Foxtel. Separate toilet & bathroom. All linen supplied. Close to beach, GP track, Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre. 5 mins drive to Cowes to all shops & restaurants.

Martyn Lane Country Cottage Location - We're 1.5 kilometres down a quiet road off Bass Highway surrounded by peppermint bush and farmland. Great central location only 10 minutes drive to the beaches, cafes and shops of Inverloch and 5 minutes to Wonthaggi, South Gippsland's main shopping centre. We think we have the best of both worlds here in Martyn Lane - all the pleasures of country life with quick and convenient access to the beaches and towns of South Gippsland.

Somers Cottage Studio - where vines meet bay

Opened in March 2021 this lovingly styled Studio is a 200m walk to the 100 Steps Beach access. Enjoy the nourishing sounds & and smells of nature surrounding this seaside haven. The local birdlife, koalas, dolphins and more are a highlight. We love the way farms & vineyards roll to the shores of Western Port Bay, perfect for beach mornings and winery afternoons. The Studio, it's outdoor shower & patio area are for guests exclusive use, and we're mindful of our guests privacy.

Spacious and private retreat, country quiet with glorious views. Bnb is part of main house though is completely private and self contained Accommodation consists of queen size bedroom. With sitting room accessed via walk through ensuite NBN and WIFI. Kitchenette with fridge, micro etc. Generous continental breakfast supplied. Country garden and access to back deck with small barbecue - lovely spot for drinks and contemplation. Please note - NO PETS

Somers Peninsula Retreat,

7.5 hectare property with main house and self contained purpose built 1 bedroom cottage with queen size bed, bathroom with spa overlooking private garden with water feature, lounge, dining and kitchen with breakfast hamper, veranda front and back overlooking paddocks and dam, car port. Property has a push button farm gate at entrance. There are bikes to ride and the dam is stocked with fish. Silver Perch and Trout bring your own fishing rod.
