Welcome to SaltHouse, a minimalistic modern beach retreat nestled amongst the dunes and striking coastal banksias of Surf Beach Phillip Island. Perfect for couples and opposite the beach, this architecturally designed space allows you to bask in the un-hurriedness of life, enjoy long summer days and warm winter fireside snuggle-ups, all to the sounds of Bass Straight. The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

And a short stroll through the end of Bergin Gr will have you on the beach. With all the amenities to enjoy a comfortable stay, whether you feel like lounging at home and cooking up a storm or a walk to Marine Pde for margaritas or a beer. This shack located on a quiet street in the heart of town, gives you the choice!

Sol House, Kilcunda

Sol House was designed to capture the sunlight from sunrise to sunset. This pre-fabricated block-style beach house was built in 2021, to fit the setting of the relaxed, surfy vibe of Killy. A short 350m stroll to the iconic Kilcunda General Store for a morning coffee or the Ocean View Hotel for a cold beer and dinner.
