Your apartment is located in a private, secure complex. There are two separate units available in the courtyard - perfect for larger groups or families wanting separate units right next to each other. Please check my profile for my other apartment listing called "New Executive Apartment Near Perth CBD + Parking". The space is perfect for country guests wanting to stay both short or long term. Close to the football, shopping, Burswood and centrally located for city weddings. The apartment has been carefully designed to make your stay stress free and relaxing. Situated within a small group of townhouses, your apartment is peacefully quiet, with a large fenced garden area and barbeque. While you will appreciate the large, well-appointed open plan kitchen, you'll also find easy access to cafes and restaurants located on Railway Parade and nearby Eighth Avenue. Living Room: • HD Smart TV & Netflix • Hi speed wireless Wifi (NBN) • Tastefully & comfortably furnished • A large premium sofa bed with all linen provided (bed can be made for you in advance, please let me know) • Easy step-free access throughout the house and to the garden . Electric Fully reclining and “lift to stand” comfy leather lounge chair. Kitchen: • All benchtops and appliances are at a wheelchair accessible height • Dishwasher • Fridge/Freezer • Microwave • Full size Oven/grill with Gas stovetop • Nespresso machine (with pods) • Crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots, pans, bowls etc. • Condiments and spices • Wok and Rice Cooker Bedroom: •. Electric profiling individual beds with adjustable height and vibration mode – made up as a king size bed • Wide clearance for easy wheelchair access • Hotel quality linen, pillows and towels included • Large built-in wardrobe . Ceiling fan with light and remote control Ensuite Bathroom: • Roll-in shower with handheld shower head and shower chair • Wide clearance to shower and accessible height toilet • Towels included • Hair dryer Laundry: • Washing machine and dryer • Full clothes line, detergent, softener and pegs supplied • Iron and ironing board Parking / Entry: • Wheelchair accessible parking spot directly outside the front door • Step-free, wide, well lit entrance with keyless entry The apartment is offered in its entirety which includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, lounge room, laundry and secure courtyard garden. The apartment is located within a secure group of apartments. Access to both the parking and the front door is via an electronic lock so you can check-in any time that suits you after 2pm. Once your booking is confirmed, I will provide detailed check-in instructions that are easy to follow. I am available 24/7 to help if needed! My daughter lives in the front house in emergency. You will have the entire apartment to yourself during your stay. As access to the apartment is via electronic keypads, you won’t need to collect any keys from me. However I am available 24 hours a day if you have any questions or would just like a friendly face to show you around the area. The apartment is set in the hip area of Maylands, a short walk from the various cafes along 8th Avenue. The vibrant shops, cafes, and eateries along Beaufort Street and station are steps away. It’s a 15-minute drive from Perth International Airport. With Maylands Train Station only 400m away, it is easy to get to and from the apartment via public transport. There is parking on site, with additional free on-street parking if you have multiple cars. We provide tea, coffee (with your own Nespresso machine) and milk for your breakfast. Please cook! The pantry is also well stocked with spices, oils etc. We want to make your stay effortless. You are welcome to smoke but only outside please.

As award winning architectural and interior designers working in the hospitality industry, we designed the private apartment to offer a relaxing escape with all the goodness and comforts of home. The casual resort style accommodation is fully self contained and well appointed, perfect for business, holiday travellers and families to kick back and enjoy the wonderful beachside location. Contemporary coastal style décor and accommodation comprises: Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, bedside tables, console, occasional chair and large fitted wardrobe. As well as places of interest to visit + things to do with kids! - We can provide bikes, boogie boards, brolly, beach towels, bucket and spades. We are only a call away and generally on hand to help you enjoy your stay. I love the laid back, friendly beachside vibe of south City Beach! A two minute walk and you’ll have the sand between your toes. There’s plenty of eateries to choose from, a nearby 24/7 gourmet supermarket and easy access to CBD, Freo and Kings Park. A bus stop is 100m from our house (BUS 82) travels to the City Centre in 30 mins. The bus stops in Subiaco where you can connect to the train to go to the City, Elizabeth Quay,Claremont, Cottesloe and the fishing port of Fremantle OR the spectacular new Optus footy Stadium and the Crown Casino and Resort. Off Street parking is available and we suggest you consider a hire car if your stay is for longer than a few days. If free we are happy to drop you off on route or you can Uber. Single level open plan living areas with two steps up to Laundry and Bathroom. We operate a bio chemical water treatment system i.e every 3-4 times you use the bathroom the pump will operate for 3-4 seconds w/minor residual noise.

For Non Smokers A Brand New House Central Location

Our house is Brand New with central heating and cooling. It's 2- minute walk to a train station. Trains take you to Perth CBD in 7 minutes. Optus Stadium, Galleria Shopping Centre are nearby as are Coles and IGA, the “cappuccino” strip of Beaufort Street in Mount Lawley and Maylands along a dedicated walking and cycle path to most places. A car hire company is less than a 10 minute walk away. Our house is 10 minutes and 15 minutes from the Domestic and International Airports, respectively.

The cottage stands alone so you can escape and relax in your own little piece of paradise and can house up to four guests. Free off-street parking. Best suited for short term stays. Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.

You are in the heart of Mt Hawthorn's cafe strip with both grocery and specialty stores and a verandah to watch the world go by. As we are on the quiet side of the apartment block, noise is not an issue. My husband's office has his own SEPARATE ENTRANCE with the internal door always locked, you won't see him as he does not enter your space at all.

Right in the middle of the Beaufort St Cafe strip! Everything at the doorstep. Cozy, comfortable and convenient! Couldn't ask for a better location. The apartment is fitted with reverse cycle Air conditioner and double glazed windows for quiet nights in. We have smart TV, fast WIFI and secured parking. Perfect for business travel and holiday makers. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook own meals however this apartment is located right in the middle of restaurants, bars and cafes.
