Gaze out at the Blue Ridge Mountains from an A-Frame and give back at the same time. Every 10 nights of rentals will provide 1 free night for a family who has adopted or is fostering. 3 bedrooms and a loft with a sofa sleeper allows for 8 guests (10 w/air mattress). 1 dog allowed. Watch the sunset from the hot tub or chairs around the fire pit. Wake up and sip coffee from your private deck at each bedroom. BR Parkway, Floyd VA, Fairystone State Park and Philpott Lake are all 20 mins away.

Finn’s Folly , a cabin on the Blue Ridge Parkway

Quiet secluded retreat right off the Blue Ridge Parkway. 9 miles to the town of Floyd. Nestled in a clearing in the woods, this dog friendly newly remodeled cabin is a short walk to Smartview Recreation area and hiking trails. Whip up a home cooked meal in the well appointed kitchen, then enjoy the privacy and birdsong as you eat out on the front porch. Take your pup with you to Chateau Morissette winery, just 18 miles away, or relax on one of the porches and watch the deer or fox stroll by.

Martin's Blueberry Hill Cabin

Built in 1984, over 300 blueberry bushes add to the beautiful view of Bull Mountain. KING bed. Window unit AC for the warm summer months. Gas log fireplace for the winter. Smart TV & WIFI will keep you connected while you enjoy the quiet. Everything you need to enjoy cooking & fun local favorites. Gazebo with table for outdoor dining. The Rock Retreat

This beautiful log cabin, previously known as Indian Creek Cabin, has been an important part of the Hanging Rock Community for many years. It began as the Hanging Rock Outdoor Center. The property is adjacent to the Indian Creek Trail area. It is within a few miles of the Lower Cascade Falls, Dan River, Moore's Spring bike trails, and of course, Hanging Rock State Park. Adventure awaits with ziplining, kayaking, canoeing, and river tubing excursions within minutes of the front door.

Black Water Junction Cabin

Our cabin is built out of old wood and doors found on the farm. Because I am such a cold natured person, I installed heated floors and a heated towel bar in addition to the mini-split and electric fireplace! The cabin is surrounded by pastures that are the home to our cows, horses, goats, pot belly pig, and chickens. The highlight of a stay at BWJ Cabin would be to sit on the front porch in a rocking chair, day bed swing or hot tub looking out over the landscape and do nothing.

Enjoy this traditional 1840's log cabin nestled on 11 acres of land backing up to the Mayo River State Park. Sit back and relax in the rocking chairs on the front porch, or sit by the fire. Need a break from the stress of the daily grind? Come and clear your head and recharge in 26+ acres of serenity. Sit on the front porch with a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise and maybe even see a few of the many deer or turkeys that roam the property. Hike the trails that parallel the stream or visit our small lake that is stocked with fish. In the evening cookout on the screened in back porch as you reconnect with the folks that you love and watch the sun set.

Ridge View Cabin Near Floyd, VA, Secluded Hideaway

Nestled in the heart of SW Virginia, Ridge View Cabin is a relaxing place to get away from it all; yet, the charming and historic towns of Hillsville and Floyd Virginia are less than 18 miles away. Chateau Morrisette winery and restaurant is a 20 minute drive as is Villa Appalachia Winery. The Blue Ridge Parkway is easily accessible and the Virginia Creeper Trail is in nearby Galax. There are plenty of other hiking trails around and river sports are nearby.

The Cabin is a luxurious rural escape, with a 3-person hot tub. Located on a permaculture homestead and native plant sanctuary, the space overlooks the garden and is surrounded by forest. Natural/local materials were used throughout (built in 2023). For larger groups, check out the guest house next door (Airbnb: Guest House on Homestead near Floyd/Blacksburg). ~10 miles to Floyd, ~20 miles to Blacksburg, ~35 miles to Roanoke.
