Spacious, one bedroom, walk-out basement apt on the lower level of our home. Private entrance and driveway. Located in the quiet Park View neighborhood north of Eastern Mennonite University, this apt. is also just a few miles from JMU, a 15 minute drive to Bridgewater College, and a 30 minute drive to Shenandoah National Park. It features an open living/dining/kitchen (stocked with essentials), large bedroom, and full bath with washer and dryer. Guest use of the covered patio is encouraged.

It has all the charm that you would expect to find in a cute studio apartment! Built by a local architect Tj Collins in the 1920’s. This quaint space has everything you need to enjoy your stay here in Staunton! We do accept small pets on approval with a pet cleaning charge.

It includes a brick patio, private rear entrance and historic details from the late 1800's. It is generally quiet, but you may sometimes hear the two adults upstairs. Very spacious room, 500 square feet. Our place is right in the city of Harrisonburg. We are one mile from the hospital and two miles from JMU, 8 miles from Bridgewater College, and 20 minutes away from Massanutten resort. We are right off the interstate 1.5 miles from exit 245 Port Republic road. We are also very close to downtown and the shopping center.
