Welcome to the Emerald Gypsy, a cool but funky School Bus Conversion! Looking for a quirky but cool getaway? This glamping-mobile is thoughtfully designed to offer you an instagram-worthy experience that you'll remember long after your trip to the Ozarks is over. What we provide- ~linens and towels ~cookware and servingware ~kitchen basics ~soap and shampoo ~starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and garbage bags ~the coffeemaker is a standard drip machine, filters provided ~the grill is propane, though there is also a charcoal grill for your use (byo charcoal) ~firewood, BYO kindling Rental Rules ~Check in is 4:00 PM-10PM / Check out is 11:00 AM -a fee will be charged for late checkout ~No Smoking in or near the Skoolie ~Dogs are allowed, with $40 Pet Fee ~No loud noise or parties ~Absolutely no UTV's, ATV’s, Trailers, or Camper Cancellation Policy 85% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 7 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after. No date changes allowed within 7 days of arrival. Please note that no exceptions will be made to the Cancellation Policy, and that we strongly suggest purchasing Trip Insurance that would cover last minute cancellations due to illness or other unforeseen emergencies.

Minutes from the famous folk music square in downtown and just a few miles to Blanchard Springs. You are literally at the edge of the National Forest. You'll LOVE it!

Everything in this off-grid cabin was hand made using locally resourced lumber and supplies. Enjoy the beautiful scenery throughout the year - sunrise to sunset. Cabin in the woods

My studio cabin is located on 60 acres of woodland about 8 miles from Mountain View. My walking trails will take you to some beautiful rock formations and an occasional glimpse of the mountains. After that long walk you will have two comfy queen beds with great pillows! There is a couch, loveseat and a recliner, books, TV, movies, and a fully equipped kitchen. DISH TV REMOTE- Press power button and then TV button to turn TV on. The remote for the DVD player is in top drawer under tv.

Mountain View Music Loft

Like Music? You will love this house. This is the old Mountain View Music Store and sits right on the corner of the square where all the music happens. The house is on the National Historic register and was built in 1910. The rental is the entire upstairs of the house. There is a private entrance off the front porch which leads to a completely updated living quarters. Sit on the balcony that over looks the square and enjoy becoming fully immersed in the old world charm of Mtn View.

This cabin sits in a quiet community just outside of Pangburn, AR which is home of the Rainbow Trout. Within 15-20 minutes is Heber Springs and Searcy and within 1 hour is Conway and Little Rock. Make this your next getaway!

Relax by the fire while you watch a movie on the cabin’s outdoor projection screen. This cabin is not lacking in views either from the stary night sky to the sunset on the mountain you will surely want to take plenty of pictures. Only a 10 minute drive from the town square this cabin will give you a country setting with the convenience of being close to town.

You can make use of the full kitchen, cook hotdogs over a fire pit outside, or a 15 minute drive will get you to historic, downtown Batesville's restaurants. Local amenities include country roads great for cycling, fresh air, and a few mosquitos (no extra charge for the mosquitos). Cabin now has WiFi!.
