Peaceful Georgian Maisonette - 2 Bedroom Accommodation In Central Bath Sleeps 4 11 Southcot Place is an absolute gem providing luxury self catering accommodation within a Georgian Terrace in the heart of Bath. Have a peaceful & relaxing stay and enjoy all that the city has to offer, within easy walking distance. With close proximity to Bath Spa station, shops, restaurants, cafes and local attractions this is the perfect place to stay and make your base. The accommodation is a Grade II Listed Georgian maisonette situated on a very quiet street but less than 3 minutes walk from Bath Spa station and Bath city centre shops, restaurants and cafes. The apartment has been refurbished to a very high standard and offers spacious accommodation arranged over 2 floors covering a very spacious 90m2. The property offers two generous bedrooms both with King size beds fitted with a Vi-Spring mattress. There is a large period lounge with interconnecting kitchen and dining area with gorgeous views over the garden and Bath. There is a modern bathroom with bath and shower over power shower, and under floor heating. In addition there is a separate cloakroom with WC. You will find the apartment well laid out and warm with fully fitted kitchens, large HDTV, modern appliances, powerful showers and much more. We provide luxury cotton bedlinen and fluffy white towels during your stay.

Whippletree Cottage near Bath

Just a 20 minute drive from Bath or Wells, Whippletree Cottage sleeps four people. An open plan kitchen/living room and lovely walk in shower room complete the picture; underfloor heating throughout and a wood burner keep you cosy on those winter evenings. A barn conversion located on a small dairy farm, Whippletree Cottage enjoys stunning view across the Mendip hills from your garden which has a wooden table and chairs. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate dogs in Whippletree Cottage.

Stable Cottage at Avon farm Estate

Stable Cottage is a 2-storey, stylishly converted barn just off the main courtyard at Avon farm Estate. Featuring an open-plan kitchen-living-dining area, with a free-standing log burner and private garden. Sleeps 4, king-size bedroom & twin bedroom. Featuring a family bathroom with shower & bath. Two well-behaved dogs (not puppies) are welcomed at a cost of £30 per dog per stay. Avon Farm is a suitable for family's or quiet groups only. Please note there is no longer a hot tub at this property

Boutique Country Retreat

Set in the grounds of a Manor House, the recently converted The Stables is a perfect place for families or small groups of up to 6 (or 8 with use of sofa bed - *additional cost pp). Two of the three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Downstairs a large entertaining and dining area leads to the a fully equipped kitchen. A utility room with washer and dryer leads to a shower room. There is a snug with large tv and a selection of games and books. French doors lead to a fabulous outdoor seating area

Bailbrook lane, has a rural feel and yet is right on the edge of the World Heritage site of Bath on the southern slopes of Solosbury Hill. The Barn is a traditional stone built, recently, sympathetically converted grain store. It has its own entrance , parking and private paved outdoor yard space to sit out in and other than handing the key over and giving it back, barring any help and advice guests might need, you will be left to your own devices!
