House rules: Quiet time and 10pm end time on hot tub. A detached luxury two bedroom, two bathroom, contemporary barn conversion with a fabulous 44' reception room, with stunning views, chefs kitchen, hot tub and located in an AONB, 1 minutes drive to a fantastic pub. Fabulous countryside walks, fishing, 7 miles to Wells and 12 miles to Bath and Bristol. The barn is not suitable for young children. Located side on, on a small "B" road, the road has become much busier recently. Sorry no pets.

It is located just a couple of minutes walk from the train/bus station on a quiet residential cul-de-sac. The High Street has several great pubs and coffee shops! On top of this we are still only a short walking distance of less than 5 minutes from Southgate and the main tourist attractions.

The house is right on the high street (moorland road) full of cafes/ restaurants and shops it has great amenities on the doorstep as well as being walking distance to the centre. Just a 3 minute walk from Oldfield park station and on some great transport links. Taxis into the centre will be around £6
