The Studio @ Cliff Lodge

The Studio is a self-contained space with a private entrance in the basement of our family home, a 10-min stroll from Bath train station and city centre. It has recently been completely refurbished. The open plan living/bedroom has a double bed, sofa, TV, wifi. There’s a shower room and small kitchen. It’s a cosy space most suited to those under 6 ft! There’s a local shop, cafe and pub 2 mins away (great food). As it is below our kitchen and we have young children expect noise from around 7am.

Peaceful self-contained annex attached to owner's property. Easy strolling distance to The Kennet & Avon Canal, River Avon, open fields and Bradford-on-Avon town centre and all the amenities that the town offers. The accommodation provides a spacious wet room and and bed-sitting room which has a kitchenette area (2-ring induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc). There is a smart TV and free wifi. Access is via private entrance into courtyard area. Easy on-street parking adjacent.

A cosy and well laid out apartment consisting of the Georgian wing of a 17th century Farm/Manor House. With a spacious bedroom complete with comfy King sized bed and a further Futon works high end sofa bed in the living room when required. The apartment benefits from a useful kitchenette off the main bedroom. Ample parking as well as the town centre an easy walk away. Dedicated cinema room/privatehot tub included. Set in the heart of the beautiful village of Corston in Bath which offers access to plenty of stunning countryside but also is not far for people to explore both the city of Bath and Bristol. Bath city centre is only a 10 minute drive away and bus stops are within a few minutes walk. The local village shop/ Post Office is a 2 minute walk away . Corston is a few minutes drive from the Bath Spa University. There is a local pub serving food which is only a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk.

New, modern space that lets in the sun! Great location for Bath, Bradford on Avon and the local countryside. This is a self-contained 'guest wing' as an annex to our own home with one double bedroom (king-size bed), open plan sitting room and dining area, bathroom 'wet room', full kitchen and balcony overlooking the garden. You have your own private entrance with lockbox for the key but we are just next door if you need to ask us any advice or need to borrow any further amenities.

Located on the edge of the city overlooking beautiful countryside but just 20 minutes from the centre via nearby bus stop. Free street parking outside or close by. No kitchen but microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge & crockery provide for simple catering. There’s also WiFi and a smart TV. The Den adjoins the main house via a locked door. Relax in the lovely garden when the weather allows.

Fieldings is situated in a quiet rural location on Quarry Hill off the A4 near the centre of Box village. A secluded country suite with far reaching views over Box tunnel and the valley. It has it's own front door and parking space on the drive. Walking distance of the bus stop, local stores, post office, cafe and pubs. We are well located for access to the historic city of Bath, Corsham, Bradford-on-Avon, Lacock, Castle Combe and Chippenham.

It is in walking distance from Bath University and American Museum. 'The Bothy', as called by the family, boasts off-street parking, it's own entrance, luxurious double bed, kitchenette, shower room, TV and mezzanine level complete with air beds for children by agreement.

Contemporary annex on the lower slopes of Lansdown, Bath. This modern, light and nicely proportioned annex, is next to our home, but completely detached. It is a self-contained unit with a private entrance and private off-street parking. Located in Lansdown on the northern slopes of Bath we are only a 0.6mile / 12-minute walk to The Royal Crescent. Close to both Kingswood and The Royal High School.
