New Barn is located in the yard of our family farm, we are conveniently located between Bath and Bristol, 5 minutes from the M4, junction 18. Work space with WiFi. We are in a very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a hotel suite but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Garden Villa

Spacious modern bungalow in private road, with parking, overlooking the hills surrounding Bath. Well equipped and a true "home from home". Its a pleasant (1 mile) downhill walk to the historic centre of Bath and all its well loved attractions. Those who know and visit Bath will understand the steep roads and footpaths, so walking back to the villa will take a little longer as it's up on high. GERTIE - Gertie is our beautiful home built traditional shepherds hut and is ready and waiting for guests. She sleeps 2 people in a small double sized bed. Fitted with a kitchen containing cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. En-suite rain shower, Burlington loo, heated towel rail and stacks of hot water. Cosy up next to the log burner and enjoy the wood fired hot tub which has become a popular addition.

Fuchsia Barn is a brand new purpose built Airbnb unit, finished to a very high standard, with lots of natural materials giving it a relaxing and cosy atmosphere. It is situated 12 minutes walk from the beautiful village of Castle Combe, often voted the prettiest in the country, and featured in many films. There are wonderful woodland walks from the property, and two village pubs within walking distance
