The Loft at Turon Retreats

The Loft at Turon Retreats is an authentic bush sanctuary in a spectacular setting, located a 3 hour drive from Sydney. Tranquil and unspoilt, The Loft is located just off the Castlereagh Highway on the way to Mudgee. Set amongst rolling hills, The Loft is an authentic log cabin that can accommodate up to 12 people, with a large wraparound verandah providing the perfect spot for afternoon drinks as the sun sets behind the hills. The cabin is environmentally friendly and runs off solar and gas.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated on the bank of the pristine Fish River, this little house has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Located on a working farm but in its own private setting. The house has bedroom with river views, bathroom, kitchen, living area, al fresco area with BBQ & second refrigerator. Excellent trout fishing (in season), 15 minutes to Tarana, 15 minutes to Oberon, 30 minutes to Mayfield Gardens, 45 Mins to Jenolan Caves.

The Sheers Quarters

Nestled in the picturesque heart of Macquarie Farm on Lawson’s Estate, the Shearer’s Quarters is a thoughtfully restored three-bedroom house that captures the essence of country living with a blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. It has an open-plan living area with a fireplace, a veranda with countryside views, and a portable BBQ—perfect for relaxed gatherings. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor spa, ideal for unwinding. A charming blend of rustic warmth and modern comfort.

Conmurra Mountain View Cabin

Perfect as a place to relax & unwind, watching the wallabies, sunset or endless views from the balcony or lookouts. The cabin is a modern open plan studio cabin that sleeps up to 3 in comfort. Conmurra is 67 ha (167 acres). Walk or bike along 4km of tracks & trails or take a guided sunset wildlife walk ($50 value) to see endangered animals in our wildlife sanctuary. Our clean, modern cabin is situated in gorgeous bushland, near the Conmurra Homestead & just 15 mins from Bathurst.

Clifton Grove Cabin -10 minutes from Orange

A cosy retreat located only 10 mins drive from Orange. The cabin is a standalone building with two bedrooms, large lounge/dining area, kitchen and newly renovated bathroom. The bedrooms are one queen and one double, a cot and linen can also be provided at no extra cost. Wake up to the sounds of the native birds and enjoy the uninterrupted views to the nearby hills. After a ride in Kinross Forest or visiting the local wineries enjoy a glass of wine by the fire on the comfy new sofa.

For up to 6 guests. Great for pets and families. Our riverside cabins are very comfortable and you should have everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Each log cabin is fully furnished with a full kitchen, outdoor BBQ and has a cosy fireplace. There is a Nespresso coffee machine for yummy cappuccino. There is one separate bedroom with a king-size bed plus 4 single beds in the main room. Some cabins have balconies, others have wide open spaces.

You will have access to Mullion Creek reserve and Fourth Crossing reserve. Both reserves border the property in which your getaway cabin is located.
