Maintained to a very high standard and situated within a short level walk of the town, lovely beaches, car and boat parks. The property is well-equipped and is set-up for one or two families with a paved terrace to the rear. Salcombe has a great selection of pubs and restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk from the house and the excellent Salcombe Gin Distillery and bar is even closer!
