Двухэтажные апартаменты площадью 100 кв.м. с двумя спальнями, двумя ванными комнатами и гардеробной комнатой. Пол с подогревом - по весей площади и кондиционеры в каждой комнате отдельно.

Я собственник. живу в этом же здании и поэтому гости сразу без задержек (как обычно бывает на ресепшене) по приезду сразу вселяются в номер, в котором предварительно уже включено отопление-кондицонер и бойлер с горячей водой. Квартира находятся на 31 этаже Уютная,хороший,свежий ремонт. В квартире есть абюсалютно все для приятного время провождения: техника, посуда, постельное, полотенца, Wi-Fi. Очень красивый и незабываемый вид: на море, набережную,озеро и "поющие" фантаны с ночной подсветкой
