My place is located in the very heart of New Batumi - it's on the main prospect called Khimshiashvili, where you can enjoy shopping, having brilliant breakfasts, dinners and having unforgettable night life, included bars and casinos. Main surprise is the view on the Black Sea and the beach - enjoy sunsets and sunrises on my balcony and feel your self very comfortable. In addition, there is an aqua park, shopping mall and first of all, very experienced host with the perfect recommendations.

Indulge in the remarkable views of the sea, Gonio fotress and even Turkish mountains from my apartment, located at 42nd floor of the Orbi City block C. It has a dining area with a smart TV. Free WiFi and air conditioning are available. There is also a kitchen, fitted with a microwave, electric kettle and fridge. I provide clean bed linen. Dolphinarium is 1.3 km away. It's a 40 square meter room with a high ceiling. The sleeping area is located on the mezzanine. You will have a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and a bike for cycling along the boulevard!
