Я собственник. живу в этом же здании и поэтому гости сразу без задержек (как обычно бывает на ресепшене) по приезду сразу вселяются в номер, в котором предварительно уже включено отопление-кондицонер и бойлер с горячей водой. Квартира находятся на 31 этаже Уютная,хороший,свежий ремонт. В квартире есть абюсалютно все для приятного время провождения: техника, посуда, постельное, полотенца, Wi-Fi. Очень красивый и незабываемый вид: на море, набережную,озеро и "поющие" фантаны с ночной подсветкой

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for living, cleaning, and cooking. The building has its own swimming pool, spa, and restaurant, among other amenities. Within walking distance of the apartment, there are shops, restaurants, and bars. It's just a 5-minute walk to the private beach dedicated to the Courtyard. Enjoy your stay at the apartment!
