Located on very quiet neighborhood street, with beautiful ocean views to the north and east, this house is ideal for your much deserved break. Easy walking distance to both Mollymook and Narrawallee beaches, bannisters pavilion, gwylo and mollymook shops. Please note there is a granny flat that sits to the rear of the property and mutual consideration is required Strictly no parties and quiet hours from 10pm - 6am

Very large and private backyard A few steps to bakery and best fish and chip shop on the south coast means no cooking required although full kitchen and BBQ at your home if required The lake is great for swimming, SUP boarding, boating and fishing (boat ramp nearby) and a 5 min walk to pristine Burrill Beach. Our family home is located in the perfect spot next to Manyana Beach. Situated on a beautiful, quiet and leafy position on Sunset Strip. We enjoy beach views and a very flat 50m walk to the sand from our backyard gate. Surrounded by dog friendly beaches and fully fenced yard.
