We're so happy to offer our home three blocks from the Loons Baseball Stadium and Downtown Midland. Our two bedroom one bath home with large finished basement office is perfectly situated in Midland; our home is 7 mins from the Midland Hospital, 5 mins from Dow Chemical North Entrance, 11 mins from the Midland Soccer Complex. We have everything needed for cooking and hosting families with young children. The street is very walkable; try the farmers market just down the street at Loons Stadium!

The duplex is in a desirable neighborhood close to restaurants , dining, and family-friendly activities. Walking distance to Whiting Forest, Dow Gardens, Midland Center for the Arts, Midland Country Club, and library. Close to downtown, Loons Baseball Stadium, Dow and Hospital. Tiny house “THOW” in woods -Hot Tub (shared)

Try the tiny living adventure! Wi-Fi: 80 yards from the THOW is a Wi-Fi router and extender -sometimes it works well, other most times, NOT! Definitely can’t depend on it! Challenging to be in the Woods AND have good Wi-Fi! If you have a hotspot, and your signal is good that may be your best option. Compost toilet challenge: experience our compost toilet with no smell!… Or you get a free night! HOT TUB (shared with host house). There is never/rarely a schedule conflict for the hot tub.
