Linens and both bath and beach towels are included. Enjoy 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 large living areas with sleeper sofas, 2 eating areas, a patio with outdoor dining seating for 8 people, a sunroom, private parking for 3 cars, outdoor shower, and a full fenced-in back yard. Beach chairs and umbrellas included.

Beach Bungalo - Small House , Big Welcome! Cheerful, comfortable and throughly cleaned. 5-10 minute walk to beach, boardwalk and restaurants. Healthy salt air and ocean frolics await. Off-street parking (4 cars), high speed wifi, Firestick TV. Great location - walk to BYOB Boat-to-Plate restaurants - easy breezy. Price is for 2 guests, additional guests $40 extra/person/night. Linens & towels included. Snow: we provide shovels/snow melt, we do our best to come shovel but can’t guarantee it.

Custom home has 3 floors, 4 bedrooms with 2suites, 3.5 bathrooms, 4 decks and unlimited street parking. open floor plan perfect for entertaining! 2 min walk to Leggetts. Due to proximity to the beach, be aware of high tide in Manasquan. Minimum age to book is 25. Book only if price, pictures, location and rules fit your needs. Please provide # guests and reasoning for trip. House comfortably sleeps 10, but we accept up to 12 guests. Additional guest can sleep on foldable floor mattress.

The Coastal Ranch

This family-friendly Coastal Ranch is just an 8 min walk to the beach/boardwalk and 10 min walk to town! This updated ranch has 3BR/2BA which sleeps 8 comfortably. 2-3 cars in driveway and street parking. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining room, and the plenty of seating in the living room with TV. Yard with outdoor shower is perfect to hangout after a long day. House is thoroughly cleaned between guests. Sorry, no pets. We only rent to families. Must be age 26+ to book.

Great home 300 yrds fr Private Beach

Point Pleasant Beach ("PPB") is at the hub of the Jersey Shore at the top of the Barnegat Bay and along the Manasquan inlet. The home is 300 yards from the Elizabeth Carter Private Beach-6 badges included - small children do not need a badge. PPB has a great boardwalk restaurants, amusement rides for the young and older, bars, brewery and entertainment a 20 min walk from the house, so you are near the action but not in it. The Ark restaurant is a short walk from the house.

The Stockton - Victorian Ocean Grove near Asbury

Come enjoy all that Ocean Grove has to offer from our beautiful renovated Victorian beach house. This 1BR beach house, the downstairs unit in a duplex, is sleeps up to 4 and is perfect for couples, friends, and families. Located only a few blocks from the beach in a historic neighborhood lined with 19th century homes and close walk to the bustling action of Asbury Park! Each of the three bedrooms has brand new queen size beds and all 2.5 bathrooms are brand new as is the kitchen and everything else in this gourgous victotian home with lots of outdoor space including front wrap around pouches and large private backyard with gardens . All this just three houses off the heart of Downtown Manasquan. Only dogs under 20 pounds and they have to be non-shedding and well trained.
