Fully equipped, renovated kitchen with large quartz island, laundry/pantry & vaulted ceilings with recessed lights make the home bright and airy! Enjoy morning coffee on the front porch and evening drinks around the fire! Exterior amenities include fenced in yard, shed, and gas grill. Beach chairs , 3 bikes, helmets, and 2 beach badges are included during the summer season.

Off-street parking (4 cars), high speed wifi, Firestick TV. Great location - walk to BYOB Boat-to-Plate restaurants - easy breezy. Price is for 2 guests, additional guests $40 extra/person/night. Linens & towels included. Snow: we provide shovels/snow melt, we do our best to come shovel but can’t guarantee it.

Point Pleasant Beach ("PPB") is at the hub of the Jersey Shore at the top of the Barnegat Bay and along the Manasquan inlet. The home is 300 yards from the Elizabeth Carter Private Beach-6 badges included - small children do not need a badge. PPB has a great boardwalk restaurants, amusement rides for the young and older, bars, brewery and entertainment a 20 min walk from the house, so you are near the action but not in it. The Ark restaurant is a short walk from the house.
