It is a 3-minute walk to Half Moon Bay Beach and "town," where you will find restaurants, dive shops, bars, snorkeling, and more. This 2nd-floor non-ocean facing apartment has AC, a large living room and kitchen, a bedroom with a queen bed, and ensuite bathroom. Electricity is not included in the rate.

The Beach Sunset Studio, part of the Paradise Regained properties is a simple, self-contained retreat, has panoramic views of the amazing sunset on the Caribbean ocean, access to the Paradise Regained beachfront and some of Utila's best reefs, excellent snorkeling and a saltwater swimming pool. With beach chairs available and our beach gazebo with hammocks & Adirondack rocking chairs, you might not want to leave. But if you do, it's just a 15 minute walk to the center of town.

The apartment is in the MANURII Garden on the ground floor. A lush garden is around the apartment. Our cozy fire pit is just one step away. Our garden is full with fruits and flowers. We have a coffee machine at our bar which is available from 7am-10am free of charge. There are plenty of bars in Utila. Our bar is more a Meeting point and not with a bar tender all the time. But you have your own fridge at the Apartment.
