Ground floor studio apartment - below our home in the quaint village of Hihi beach. 10 minute drive to Mangonui. Opens to a lovely garden and street. The studio entails a comfortable queen bed, a 3 seater sofa bed, wardrobe. Kitchen comprises of a table & chairs, electric frypan, hotplate, microwave, toaster, fridge, tea coffee etc. Bathroom has shower, toilet and vanity. The apartment opens to a lovely deck with a BBQ, it's sunny and private. Great beaches, walks, parks, great fishing.

The open plan lounge and kitchen has large windows and doors that allow maximum light and airflow, while the doors open onto a sun drenched deck with gas BBQ and outdoor setting. Inside the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, including fridge/freezer, microwave, cooktop, electric frypan and dishwasher.
