The Old Stables is a lovely cottage recently converted to a high standard. The historic village of Needham Market has great transportation links via rail and road across the region to the coast, Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds and into London. Needham Market is a great central Suffolk location, from here it is quick & easy to get to see all the sights across Suffolk, from Southwold to Lavenham, Framlingham to Woodbridge you can explore easily from this historic and well connected market town.

It is surrounded by the beautiful Suffolk countryside, with walks on your doorstep. A mile away you will find a selection of shops, pubs/ restaurants, farm shop. The area boasts many places to visit, Bury St Edmunds, Lavenham, the coast at Aldeburgh and Southwold, Framlingham Castle.

Willow Lodge, a most peaceful retreat

This is a perfectly cosy, self contained detached space in the county of Suffolk. It is a two mile distance from Ipswich train station and a few minutes stroll to parks and local amenities. There are lovely walks and cycle rides to surrounding villages and historic market towns like Colchester, Hadleigh, Kersey Lavenham and Woodbridge. The coast (Southwold, Walberswick, Aldeburgh, Frinton, Felixstowe, Clacton, and Lowestoft) are all a comfortable 30 - 45 minutes drive.

The lodge Greatwood

We have recently completely renovated our Lodge in the grounds of our 8 Acre Hazel wood. You are free to wander around and hopefully you will spot some wildlife, you are in the heart of the country side with many lovely walks in the area. You will have your own private garden at the front of the lodge where you can enjoy BBQ (provided) a local public house which is serving take away food. The Lodge is cleaned to an extremley high standard and you have total privacy.

Spacious mid-Suffolk guest house

Situated in a rural location between the villages of Great Finborough and Hitcham, The Studio at High Green Farm provides quiet, comfortable and private accommodation. Located adjacent to a public byway, giving access to countryside walks and cycling in the undulating Suffolk countryside. The Studio is bright, spacious and comfortable. Woodpecker Self Catering Holiday Lodge

Squirrel and Woodpecker are two self catering purpose built holiday lodges set in 4 acres of private ground (if Woodpecker isn't available, please check Squirrel). Each lodge will sleep a maximum of 2 guests using a double bed. Each lodge has it's own private patio/alfresco dining area and allocated parking space. Situated a few miles outside of the town of Ipswich in the rural village of Coddenham it's the ideal venue for a well earned holiday/break.

The Cart Lodge

This rustic self contained apartment situated above a Cart Lodge. Accessed by steps (they are quite steep so probably not suitable for someone infirm), it is one large room with a king size bed, a lovely wood burning stove (wood provided), a well equipped kitchen area with dining table and chairs, a sofa and large TV/dvd/radio/cd. There is a small shower room at the end. There are a selection of DVDs and magazines for your use. There is no WiFi.
