Come and relax in our newly remodeled river front cottage. This spacious two bedroom two full bath home sits nestled between beautiful tropical trees on the crystal clear river that leads out to the gulf of mexico. The 20 x 20 master suite consist of a king bed, custom two person rain shower and walk out private balcony. First level has an open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen ready to entertain family and friends. The garage has 6 kayaks, life jackets, fishing gear, washer and dryer.

Welcome to Cozy La Palma B, is a private study attach next to the garage with dimensions 400 square feet quiet place, Wifi, kitchen, bathroom,free parking, close to the nice restaurants, 45 minutes to Tampa airport , 5 minutes to New Port Richey Downtown. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. If there are two cars coming they should be parked behind one another. Maximum of 2 Pets are allowed but there is $75 fee for pets, to stay in for a later checkout is a $20 fee.

Canal front, dock /gulf access

Newly renovated. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place on the canal. Enjoy views of the canal from the screened in lanai. Fish from the dock or bring your own boat and head out to the gulf to explore. I provide a kayak and paddle board that you can use from the back yard. A variety of life jackets are available for use as well. Lots of fun things to do with in a 30-60 minute radius. Close to stores and restaurants. See my guide book for recommendations.

If you are looking to stay in a quite and safe place here in the Sunshine estate, this may be the right place for you. This a gated condo with beautiful sunset offer lot of amenities . Kick back relax enjoy a nice cold beverage while watching the sunset and you might see a some dolphins. This location is 28 miles from honeymoon island ,36 miles from clearwater beach and 15 miles from weeki wachee spring. There is also great restaurants nearby and trail walks.
