The space is an actual entire private suite: living room, hallway, bathroom, and bedroom. This space is all yours and NOT shared; it’s separated from my part of the house by two closed/locked doors. This is a guest suite attached to our home. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood. It’s only a 10 min walk to Baton Rouge Main Public Library and Botanical Gardens. This space is perfect for a maximum of 4 people as it is furnished with a queen size bed and a sofa bed. This Airbnb has a full size refrigerator, a kitchenette that has a microwave, an air fryer, crockpot, coffee maker (NOT keurig), toaster and waffle maker, blender and rice cooker. Parking is available on driveway.

Private Guest Suite in an add-on to a private family home occupied by a gay couple in their 40s. Suite has its own exterior private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. The charming brick cottage is located on a fenced-in property on a busy street. There are extensive gardens with two large greenhouses and lush garden areas in the back. Trusted volunteers will come work in the garden some days.
