This new construction modern & stylish home was completed and furnished in June 2024 with all-new décor, furnishings, & furniture with your convenience & comfort in mind. This private home has ample free parking & everything you'll need. It is nestled in a quiet & safe neighborhood only 4.8 miles from Wrightsville Beach, 5.7 miles from the Riverwalk downtown, & centrally located near UNCW & the best shopping, dining, & entertainment Wilmington has to offer.

Sweet Magnolia Bungalow

Relax in this spacious 100 year old bungalow in mid town. Close to Wilmington trail, hospital, uncw, restaurants, golf brewery, shopping. Ten minutes to downtown and the beach. Stay home and enjoy rocking chair porches and deck. Full sized equipped kitchen, books, records, yoga set up & WiFi in sunroom office or bring your codes and watch your favorite shows. Rest peacefully in 3 lg bedrooms w 2 king and one queen sized memory foam mattresses and down comforters and pillows. Come, relax, enjoy

The Riverbend @ Old River Acres

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The Riverbend is located just outside of Wilmington NC in the quaint town of Burgaw. Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. Enjoy the dock, shoot some pool and play some foosball. This place has everything.

Pelicans Rest - Exhale, you've found your Hammock.

The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

This portion of the yard is fenced in for pets. There is a gas grill and firepit. The captain's quarters is a loft with a king bed. The berth includes a full pullout couch and twin bunk beds. Local restaurants are <1 mile away. Downtown and Wrightsville Beach are <15 min drive. Hidden treasure awaits!
