This cottage has a bedroom featuring a queen size bed with an attached bath on the main level, as well as a bonus room upstairs with a full size sleeper sofa. Note that the only bathroom is off of the bedroom. This duplex cottage is one of 9 units at Cape Cod Cottages, with shared amenities including three Level 2 EV chargers, a laundry room and a game room with foosball and ping pong. It’s located directly on Big Stump Beach, with miles of sand in each direction. Waldport - a great location for crabbing and clamming - is just to the North - and the quaint town of Yachats, with tide pools and charming shops and restaurants is just to the South.

Garage has a 240V 50A circuit with 14-50 plug. Bring your own EV charger or use the included Tesla level 2 charger. The charger provides 240V 32A for a rate of 27mi/hr on a Tesla Y.

Our family beach house is located in the Bayshore Beach Club neighborhood of Waldport, OR with the Pacific Ocean out the back door. The house has its own little protected beach area in the backyard out of the wind. The upstairs has two bedrooms with king sized beds, a great room, kitchen and dining area. The master bedroom has a new shower with two shower heads and a sliding door out to the back patio. Downstairs is a perfect hang out space. There's a sitting area, TV, bunk bed and queen bed.

The Surf House offers special access to one of the wildest and most beautiful stretches of the Oregon Coast. Perched on the bluffs between Heceta Head and Cape Perpetua, it offers a serene & spectacular oceanfront experience. Descend private stairs from the yard to the secluded beach below to access some of Oregon's best tide pools, agates & beachcombing. An oceanview outdoor shower, fully decked hot tub, fire pit, lush gardens, & stocked surf shack w/ arcade enrich the wild coast experience.

The Salty Crab is an apartment in a duplex that offers a comfortable coastal retreat near the beach with ocean views from the deck and stunning sunsets. Ocean views from living area and bedroom windows and beach access is nearby with some of Oregon's most pristine tide pools right in front of the cottage.
