Open the classic shutters and let in the famous Aussie sun at a free-flowing, spacious retreat in one of Brighton's most prestigious spots. Pared-back, white interiors, hints of soothing gray, and a shaded poolside patio invite relaxed entertaining. Monkey bars with Yoga Swing for all the monkeys in the family. Also, a family sized Trampoline for the kids and kids at heart. Please note, a bond of $1000 will be collected prior to check-in. Your bond will be returned subject to: Adhering to house rules and No damage No missing items No additional guests As you enter the house on the ground level we have: Formal lounge with fireplace and piano Powder room Bedroom one: Single bed and room for a fold out bed (provided) Bedroom two: Queen bed Through to large open plan kitchen, dining and second living area, leading out to balcony with BBQ and outdoor dining for 10 people. Upstairs: Large third living area with TV. Bedroom three: King bed Bedroom four: Queen bed Bedroom five: King single bed, single bed and single trundle bed. Family bathroom with bath and separate shower. Bedroom six: King bed and parent retreat with Spa bath and separate shower ensuite. All bedrooms have heating and cooling. Portacot available and would fit in all bedrooms. There is a large laundry with washing machine and dryer with a door to the outside where there is a large clothes line. This classic, airy getaway sits across the road from Billilla Mansion, less than a 10-minute walk from Middle Brighton station and Church Street shops. Dendy Beach is just a few minutes' drive away.
