The Timberwall Ranger Station is the perfect home base for your peaceful upstate escape. Located minutes from Woodstock, Saugerties, and Kingston, this breathtaking hand-built cabin is close to all the Catskills and Hudson River Valley have to offer. The cabin is a restful place year-round: for enjoying spring birdsong at breakfast; swaying away an afternoon in a breezy summer hammock; starry skies and luscious wines around an autumn campfire; a cozy winter morning amidst freshly fallen snow.

The eco friendly built with two large decks is designed for indoor outdoor living. The property is tucked in on a private road with just a few cabins on it and directly under the mountain ridge. It is located steps from wild flower farms, wineries, coffee shop, bakery, and authentic Italian restaurant.

Please note that the road heading up there is steep. A car with AWD is ideal but a sedan will make it up too!

Take a leisurely walk under the towering trees in the quiet wooded acre surrounding our cozy, alpine-inspired cabin with contemporary bohemian touches. Daydream on our hammock or dine alfresco taking advantage of our barbeque. On a clear night, it is easy to stargaze up through the tall trees, perhaps while toasting marshmallows fireside.
