Do you love the beach?

Seaside Sanctuary is the ground floor unit of a beachfront duplex. It is the 2nd house from the beach with no roads to cross. The front yard is thirty steps from one of the most pristine beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. The house is located on a quiet residential street near the north end of the island. The front porch is a great place to watch the sunset. The house is clean, comfortable and well appointed. We welcome well behaved dogs and have a fully fenced yard for your pup to play.

Welcome to Manatee Sanctuary – a spacious 3 bed/ 2 bath canal-front retreat with a private heated pool and hot tub, located in the quiet and highly sought-after North End of the island. This serene and private oasis offers everything you need for a relaxed and memorable beach vacation. The home features an open-concept living and dining area, fully stocked kitchen, and an upstairs porch ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The backyard opens onto a peaceful saltwater canal.

Enjoy an intimate and relaxing stay on the best stretch of the St. Pete Beach of Pass-a-Grille. Walk out your door to the white sand towards the famous Don Cesar or dine on your deck facing the water. Free parking, 2 bikes, SUP board, towels, umbrella, beach chairs, & cooler! We are allowed 3 rentals under 28 yearly. Please inquire to see if you are one of the lucky guests to come. We love long term guests but understand not everyone can do this and simply need a little escape! 🤍
